EMEA Regional Workshop
4^th  – 5 ^th September 2008, Düsseldorf,  Germany

Recap

There were forty-four people in attendance at the EMEA Workshop at the Park Inn Düsseldorf-Süd in early September. Companies from across Northern Europe as well as Spain and Isreal sent representatives. An interchange about the practicalities of implementing measurements within a company was provided. Speakers included Ken Koffman of BigBand Networks, Garry Clamp from Huawei, and Jean-Marie Vital from Alacatel-Lucent who provided useful information and responded to many questions. The two networking lunches and the dinner held on Thursday evening provided additional opportunities for for productive exchanges of ideas. The workshop successfully met its objectives.
