Performance Data Reports (PDRs) are produced monthly normally on the last weekend of the month. Each report covers 24 months of monthly data preceding the second month before the month of the publication. For example, the April 2008 report contained monthly data for the period of March 2007 through February 2008.

Purchased PDR reports are sent via e-mail as comma delimited text files (CVS) and include date of calculation, name of the measurement, industry average, monthly average, best-in-class, and worst-in-class when available. It also includes the number of data points in each measurement.

QuEST Forum offers a special introductory price for the first reports purchased. PDRs are available at lower prices to all QuEST Forum Liaison members and companies with one or more TL 9000 certified registrations. Non-QuEST Forum members and non-TL 9000 registered organizations pay full price for the PDRs.

To purchase the PDRs download the License Agreement. Fill in the information requested and follow the instructions in the agreement to place your order. If you wish to pay by credit card or wire transfer you can place an order on the QuEST Forum E-Shop after filling in the license agreement. The PDRs will be emailed once the order is processed.
