oversight


The charter of the Oversight Work Group is to work with the Chief Operating Officer to oversee QuEST Forum operations, including governance; manage business as directed by the Executive Board; direct work group strategic plan deliverables; and be responsible for overall TL 9000 program, including Registration Management System (RMS), Measurement Repository System (MRS), recognition, training, translations, registrars and accreditation bodies.

2008 Oversight Initiatives and Projects

  • Focus on 2008 Member value and TL 9000 user surveys, and monitor completion of action items from 2007 surveys
  • Finalize and launch updated requisites for accreditation and certification bodies such as audit preparation requirements, audit checklist, validation audits, specified transfer process guidelines, and auditor substitutions forĀ  reassessments
  • Analyze sources of member satisfaction and apply learnings to lagging segments
  • Develop and implement new training course for TL 9000 software-related requirement audits
  • Manage and strengthen industry liaisons and partnerships
  • Enhance and improve new member orientation process
